The OHV machine has horizontal and vertical machining capabilities. Typical processes on this machine are boring, routing and doweling. Horizontal boring may be done anywhere along the edge of the part. Vertical boring or routing may be done up to eight inches from the edge of the part. Many parts that are generally done on a vertical point to point machine may be done on the OHV.

The machine has a fifteen inch color touchscreen with an industrial computer. Two zones are standard, with palm buttons to start the program. Square rail bearings are used throughout the machine. A sealed glue system with a pump is standard. Any number of spindles may be used both horizontally and vertically.
