HPM Machine Series

Description

The HPM machine has CNC controlled spindles for mortising and drilling. This machine is equipped with multiple heads on individual carriages. This allows for a wider range of machining on a single part without re-positioning or changing tooling. The HPM machine is ideally suited for machining face frames, slot mortising/routing of furniture components, and style & rail components. With two zone independent programming you can also run two different jobs at the same time.

• 4 independent carriages with X and Z axis CNC control (8 axis each)
• 15” industrial Color Touchscreen for creating and selecting programs
• 96” length material capacity in 1 zone mode 48” capacity in 2 zone mode
• 1” material thickness max
• 1 ½ - 3” material width
• 3 HP High Frequency 24,000 RPM Direct Drive Routing spindle for pilot drilling (4 each 1 per carriage)
• 6 HP High Frequency 18,000 RPM Direct Drive Routing spindle for Mortising (4 each 1 per carriage)
• 2 Hopper feed zones
• 1” Thick Machined Aluminum Work Surface for Reliable Referencing
• Heavy duty 6300 lb Frame
• Mechanical Adjustment on Z axis set by mechanical digital readout
• 8 independent clamp units
