A finalist for the Challenger Award to be given away at the 2010 IWF show in Atlanta, GA this August. The DBJ is a multi-axis, multi-station Horizontal Drawer Box Machining Center designed to fully machine a drawer box from dimensioned material. The machine can be configured to do English Dovetail, French Dovetail, Dowel, Dado, or a combination of both/all types of Drawer Box Construction. It can also bore the construction holes for mounting drawer fronts, route for the undermount drawer glides, and route the drawer bottom grooves as well. When equpped with ACCU-COMM and barcode readers, the DBJ can set itself up by means of the barcode. This eliminates the need for batch machining operations and allows for complete flexibility of the machining operations on the DBJ.
